Global configuration mode
When web-management disable is configured, the HTTP and HTTPS services are also disabled. For global web-management to remain enabled, at least one protocol (HTTP or HTTPS) must be active. If the last remaining protocol is disabled, global web-management is automatically disabled.
RESTCONF requires the global web-management and HTTPS to be enabled. If web-management is disabled globally then we cannot enable RESTCONF. If RESTCONF is enabled, global web-management and HTTPS cannot be disabled. By default, both global web-management and web-management HTTPS are enabled.
Web Authentication cannot be enabled if global web-management is disabled. Attempting to enable web authentication displays an error message. When web authentication is enabled, either the HTTPS or HTTP must remain active to provide authentication. If only HTTPS is currently enabled and you attempt to disable it, the system will throw an error message.
The no form of the command
removes the global web management configurations.
