PFC is disabled (globally and on all ports).

Interface configuration mode
This command is supported for RUCKUS ICX 7550 and ICX 7850 devices only.
To enable global PFC, symmetrical flow control (SFC) must be disabled.
You must enable PFC globally before you configure it for priority groups.
In global configuration mode, configuring the
priority-flow-control enable command enables PFC globally; in interface configuration mode, configuring the command
enables PFC on a port. You can configure the
priority-flow-control enable command in interface configuration mode to enable both PFC transmit and receive,
which means PFC is both honored and generated. PFC must be enabled on at least one
priority group before you can configure the
priority-flow-control enable command on an interface.
PFC is not supported at the interface level on ICX 7850.
Priority flow control and 802.3x flow control are
mutually exclusive; therefore, configuring the priority-flow-control
enable command disables 802.3x in both the transmit and receive
directions.
The no form of the command
restores the default flow control settings in global configuration mode and disables
PFC on the interface in interface configuration mode.
