advertise backup (VSRP)
Enables a backup to send Hello messages to the master.
Command Default
By default, backups do not send Hello messages to advertise themselves to the master.

Usage Guidelines
When a backup is enabled to send Hello messages, the backup sends a Hello message
to the master every 60 seconds by default. You can change the interval to be up to
3600 seconds using the backup-hello-interval command.
The
no form of the command disables the backup from sending the Hello messages.

The following example enables a backup to send Hello messages to the master.
