webpage remove-userid-label

Removes the User ID label and text field from the Web Authentication page.
Syntax
webpage { remove-userid-label }
no webpage { remove-userid-label }
Command Default

By default, the label User ID and entry field are displayed in the Web Authentication window, and the Password and entry field is displayed on the underlying window when a valid User ID is entered.

Usage Guidelines

The no form of the command restores the Web Authentication page defaults, so that the User ID label and text field are displayed during the authentication process.

Before you remove the user ID label, be sure that the local user ID and password match those stored in the authentication server.

You can use the show webauth command to view the configured text for Web Authentication pages.

Examples

The following example removes the User ID label and text field.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# vlan 10
device(config-vlan-10)# webauth
device(config-vlan-10-webauth)# webpage remove-userid-label
device(config-vlan-10-webauth)# end
