Configures STP root guard.
Syntax
spanning-tree root-protect
no spanning-tree root-protect
Command Default

Root guard is disabled by default.

The no form of the command disables STP root guard.

The following example shows how to enable RSTP on a port.

device(config-if-e1000-1/1/1)# spanning-tree root-protect
