Disables cloud management of the ICX device.

Usage Guidelines
Use the no form of the
manager disable command to reenable cloud management of the ICX device after it has been disabled.
When an ICX device is managed from the cloud,
RUCKUS recommends that the manager connect and manager disconnect
commands be used to connect to and disconnect from ICX-Management. These two
commands do not change the running configuration timestamp, which ICX-Management
uses to determine whether any configuration changes have been made on the ICX
device.
