mstp root-protect timeout

Configures a root protection timeout value for MSTP root guard.
Syntax
mstp root-protect timeout value
no mstp root-protect timeout
Command Default

MSTP root guard is not enabled.

Parameters
value
Timeout value in seconds. Range is 5 through 600. The default is 30.

Use the no form of this command to reset the timer to the default.
