- Specifies the longest polling interval. Valid values range from 4 through 17. The default is 10. The interval argument is a power of 2 (4=16, 5=32, 6=64, 7=128, 8=256, 9=512, and so on).
- minpoll interval
- Specifies the shortest polling interval. Valid values range from 4 through 17. The default is 6. The interval argument is a power of 2 (4=16, 5=32, 6=64, 7=128, 8=256, 9=512, and so on).
NTP configuration mode
A maximum of eight NTP servers can be configured.
The
no form of the command removes the NTP server configuration.
By default, the device configures the
RUCKUS NTP server (ntp.ruckuswireless.com) as a fallback time source. Beginning with
FastIron release 10.0.10h05, if the default server is removed using the no server
ntp.ruckuswireless.com command, it is not re-added after a reload.
The following example configures the NTP server.

When no NTP servers are configured, the device automatically adds the default NTP server (ntp.ruckuswireless.com) after a reload. The following example removes the default NTP server so that it is not re-added after a reload.
