Allowing Sign-In Using Facebook

When creating a captive portal network with self sign in, you can allow users to register with their Facebook social media account.
Before using this task, perform Steps 1 through Step 6 in the Creating a Network That Uses a Captive Portal with Self Sign In.
  1. The Edit Facebook App window is displayed.

  2. In the App ID and App Secret fields, you must enter the valid user credentials, and then click Save.
  3. (Optional) Click See sample to view an example of the Self Sign In screen.
  4. When you have finished viewing the sample screens, click OK.
  5. Click Copy to clipboard to copy the displayed URL.
  6. Click Facebook Developer Account.
    The Facebook Developer window is displayed.
  7. In Facebook Developer window, login to your Facebook account.
  8. Click Settings > Client OAuth Settings > Validate OAuth redirect URLs, and paste the copied URL in the Validate OAuth redirect URLs field.
  9. Click Save.
