Network Assurance
In this section:
- HealthThe Health page offers a comprehensive end-to-end overview of the network health, encompassing both wireless and wired components. It provides critical insights into key performance indicator (KPI) metrics offering varying levels of data sampling and tracks Service Level Expectations (SLEs) for various network elements. It automatically monitors network health relative to configurable SLE thresholds. Setting SLE thresholds tailored to specific network requirements ensures that network components meet the required performance standards, helping maintain service quality and reliability. By presenting real-time data on network health and behavior, the Health page enables you to effectively monitor and manage network infrastructure.
- Service ValidationThe Service Validation page allows you to create, run, and monitor validation tests that verify the readiness and availability of key network services across wireless and wired environments. Service validation tests help confirm that network connectivity and upstream services are functioning as expected before client onboarding and during troubleshooting.
- Configuration ChangeYou can monitor and analyze changes to network KPIs due to configuration changes and software changes from the Configuration Change page. Network KPIs can be compared before and after a configuration change is applied to the system, thereby presenting the impact of the configuration changes or software updates on the system and its devices.
- Video Call QoEThe Video Call QoE page allows network administrators to test the quality of video calls made through applications, such as Zoom, over the Wi-Fi network.
