Setting Notification Preferences for One or More Users

From the RUCKUS One web interface, you can set notification preferences for an individual user or for multiple users, to receive updates on their network performance.

Ensure that the email address and phone numbers of users configure in RUCKUS One are active in order to receive notifications.

  1. On the RUCKUS One web interface, navigate to Administration > Account Management > Notifications.
    The Notifications recipient page is displayed. This page presents the setup for the system notifications, including the recipient’s name, email address, and phone number.
  2. Select one or more users (recipients) by selecting the checkbox.
  3. Click Notifications Preferences.
    The Notifications Preferences page is displayed. Refer to Configuring Global Notifications to configure the Notifications Preferences.

    The notification preferences for the selected users are saved.

    Note: All changes to notification preferences are only applied to the selected user(s) and override previously set configurations by the administrator.
