Pending Assets

The Pending Assets page in RUCKUS One shows purchased but unclaimed Access Points and Switches, allowing you to claim, hide, or leave devices unclaimed based on whether you plan to manage them.

  1. Managing Pending AP Assets
    The Pending Assets page in RUCKUS One allows you to view your list of purchased Access Points (APs) that are not yet claimed. For each AP, you may claim (effectively adding the AP to a venue managed by your account), hide (stopping the AP from appearing in the displayed list), or do nothing (leaving the AP in the list of Pending Assets). The option to hide devices allows you to proactively control the display of purchased RUCKUS devices that you do not plan to manage with RUCKUS One.
  2. Managing Pending Switch Assets
    The Pending Assets page in RUCKUS One allows you to view your list of purchased switches that are not yet claimed. For each switch, you may claim (effectively adding the switch to a venue managed by your account), hide (stopping the switch from appearing in the displayed list), or do nothing (leaving the switch in the list of Pending Assets). The option to hide devices allows you to proactively control the display of purchased RUCKUS devices that you do not plan to manage with RUCKUS One.
