Managing Property Units

   Add Property Units, import units from a file or Property Management System (PMS), and manage Property Unit details, status, and identity associations as part of Property Management for a venue.

   Administrators can create distinct, customized portals within a unit by adding additional identities beyond the default root and guest.
3. Managing a Property Unit and Associated Identities
   RUCKUS One property management allows you to manage the configuration and availability of a specific Property Unit, as well as manage the individual Identities associated with the property unit.
4. Accessing the Resident Portal
   Use the Resident Portal to view or reset the Unit Wi‑Fi passphrase, the Guest Wi‑Fi passphrase, and an Identity Wi‑Fi passphrase for individual Identity Devices, and to remove a connected device.
