Reports

The Reports page displays a list of all the available reports in RUCKUS One.

On the navigation bar, select Business Insights > Reports. The Reports page is displayed.

Reports Page

The Reports page has the following tiles:

  • Overview: Provides an overview of the complete network. For more information, refer to Reports Overview Dashboard.
  • Access Points: Provides a report of all the APs connected to the network. For more information, refer to Access Points Report.
  • Airtime Utilization: Provides an airtime utilization report of all the APs connected to the network. For more information, refer to Airtime Utilization Report.
  • Application: Provides the details of the applications accessed by the user connected to the network. For more information, refer to Applications Report.
  • Switches: Provides a report of all the switches connected to the network. For more information, refer to Switches Report.
  • Wired: Provides a report of the wireless traffic connected to the network. For more information, refer to Wired Report.
  • Wireless: Provides a report of the wireless traffic connected to the network. For more information, refer to Wireless Report.
  • Wireless Clients: Provides a report of traffic and trends over time from the client perspective. For more information, refer to Wireless Clients Report.
  • WLANs: Provides a report of SSIDs. For more information, refer to WLAN Report .
  • RUCKUS Edge Applications: Provides statistics-based application reports accessed by network clients. For more information, refer to RUCKUS Edge Applications Report.
  • Energy Saving: Provides a tenant-level report of energy-saving data across all venues. This option will be greyed out when Energy Saving is not enabled through Intent Settings and the tenant account does not have a Professional tier license. For more information, refer to Energy Saving Report
  • Adhoc Reports: Provides predefined, table-based views of network data, designed primarily to meet customer needs for structured exports in CSV format. These reports focus on delivering raw, tabular data suitable for offline analysis, reporting, and integration with external tools. The following reports are available under Adhoc Reports:

In this section:

  1. Reports Overview Dashboard
    The Reports Overview page displays the reports of the complete network and the devices connected to it.
  2. Access Points Report
    The Access Points Report page provides detailed information about the APs connected to the network.
  3. Airtime Utilization Report
    The Airtime Utilization Report page provides an overview of airtime utilization.
  4. Applications Report
    The Applications Report contains the predefined applications that are accessed by the users.
  5. Switches Report
    The Switches Report page provides details on switch inventory, including switch models and software versions that are being used the most.
  6. Wired Report
    The Wired Report page provides details of total traffic, APs, and clients on the network. It also contains information regarding the received and transmitted traffic between them.
  7. Wireless Report
    The Wireless Report page provides details of traffic, clients, and trends by APs, SSIDs, radio, or clients over time.
  8. Wireless Clients Report
    The Wireless Clients Report page provides you with the details of traffic and trends over time from the client perspective.
  9. WLAN Report
    The WLANs Report page provides insights into SSID activity, client distribution, and traffic usage across WLANs. The page includes analytics for active SSIDs, client counts, traffic consumption, and SSID activity trends.
  10. RUCKUS Edge Applications Report
    The RUCKUS Edge Applications report reflects statistics based on the predefined applications that are accessed by the network clients.
  11. Energy Saving Report
    The Energy Saving report provides details of energy consumption and savings across all venues, including the number of venues with Energy Saving enabled, total power consumption, and projected monthly power savings. The report also includes venue-level details such as AP count, Energy Saving status, engaged APs, consumption, and savings metrics.
  12. Wireless: RSS and Traffic by Access Points
    The Wireless: RSS and Traffic by Access Points report provides details of received signal strength (RSS) and user traffic metrics, categorized by access point. This tabular report presents average, minimum, and maximum RSS values alongside traffic data (total, downlink, and uplink) for each access point over defined time intervals. It is useful for analyzing signal quality and data flow patterns per AP.
  13. Wireless: RSS and Session by Access Points
    The Wireless: RSS and Session by Access Points report provides details of received signal strength (RSS) metrics and client session counts categorized by access point. This data helps analyze RF signal quality and user session activity across different APs over specified time intervals.
  14. Wireless: Airtime by Access Points
    The Wireless: Airtime by Access Points report provides detailed insights into airtime utilization metrics for individual access points. These metrics reflect average percentages of airtime for various activities, offering a comprehensive view of radio resource usage at each AP. The report helps assess how airtime is distributed across busy, idle, Rx, and Tx states, enabling better evaluation of AP performance.
  15. Wireless: Traffic by Applications and Access Points
    The Wireless: Traffic by Applications and Access Points report provides a comprehensive view of wireless data usage by correlating application-level traffic with access points. This report helps identify high-bandwidth applications and evaluate network load distribution at the AP level.
