The
RUCKUS One
web interface is a graphical user interface (GUI) for managing and monitoring your
networking devices, venues, and wireless networks.
After you complete signing up for a RUCKUS One account, you can access the RUCKUS One web interface from any device (desktop, laptop, or smartphone) that
is connected to the Internet.

Use the navigation bar to navigate
through the main pages of RUCKUS One:- Dashboard - Provides instant
visibility into key metrics and network health at a glance.

- Clients - Provides access to details
and configuration of wireless and wired clients, as well as
Identity Management.
- Venues - Provides access to details
and configuration of your venues.
- Wi-Fi - Provides access to details and
configuration of your APs and Wi-Fi networks.
- Wired - Provides access to details and
configuration of your switches and wired networks.
- Gateway - Provides access to details
and configuration of your gateway devices, such as RUCKUS Edge,
RUCKUS WAN Gateway, IoT Controller, and so on.
- Network
Control - Provides access to details and
configuration of the full catalog of services.
- Business Insights - Provides access to
configuration and results of all system-defined and customizable
reports.
- Templates - Provides access to
configuration templates you may use to simplify and standardize
network setup.
- Administration - Provides access to
details of your activities and events, and management of your
account.

When you click on an
item on the navigation bar, the related information (tables, lists,
graphs, configuration options, and so on) is displayed in the
content area. By default, the Dashboard information is
displayed; refer to Getting to Know the Dashboard for
details. |

Click the icon to search for specific navigation bar
sub-menu options and specific entries from data tables across RUCKUS One. Results are grouped by category. Refer to Searching for Menu Options and
Data for
details. |

DSE)
|
Click the icon to invoke the RUCKUS Digital
System Engineer (DSE), which offers dynamic data visualization via
customizable widgets and canvases, guided by an AI Onboarding
Assistant. Refer to Understanding RUCKUS DSE for
more information. |

 (Alarms)
|
Click the icon to view the latest alarms that have
occurred on the managed devices. If a number is displayed above the
icon, it indicates the number of new alarms that have occurred since you
last viewed the list. Refer to Alarms for more information. |

(Activities)

Click the icon to view the most recent notifications
of activities.The
Activities sidebar displays for each
activity: a status icon, a clickable description that takes you to
the Activity Details sidebar, and the
timestamp. The sidebar provides options for you to filter the
list by Status, enable/disable Sleep toast
notifications, and View all
activities (which takes you to the page. Refer to Viewing Activities for further information.

Videos: Displays the RUCKUS One training videos on YouTube.

page: Displays context-sensitive online help for the

Support: Opens the interactive chatbot.
- Supported
Device Models: Displays the RUCKUS One supported network
devices.
- Firewall ACL
Inputs: Displays the firewall configuration information
in the sidebar.
- Device MIB
Files: Provides access to release-specific AP and ICX
MIB files.
- API
Documentation: Provides descriptions of RUCKUS One public APIs, including experimental and deprecated
APIs.
- My Open
Cases: Displays your open cases with RUCKUS
Support.
- Privacy:
Displays the RUCKUS One Privacy Policy.

The icon contains the first and last name
initials of the RUCKUS One
tenant account owner.
Click the icon and
select from the drop-down menu:
- Click User Profile
to view and edit the user profile. Refer to User Profile for details pertaining to the information
displayed and actions that can be performed.
- Click Change
Password to change your RUCKUS password. Refer to Changing Your Password for instructions.
- Click Logout to
log out of RUCKUS One.
