- Signing Up for RUCKUS One Before you can connect your RUCKUS devices to RUCKUS One, you must first sign up for the service.

DataThe RUCKUS One UI header contains a global search field allowing you to quickly find sub-menu options and data items across RUCKUS One without manually navigating through the menu hierarchy to find the page or data you need. The search bar returns related menu navigation links containing your search term as well as specific entries from data tables such as Venues, Networks, APs, Switches, Clients, and Events, with results grouped by category.
- Getting to Know the DashboardThe default Dashboard is immediately displayed after you successfully log in to your RUCKUS One account and also when you select the Dashboard menu option. It provides a snapshot of the information most important to you, displayed as interactive data widgets and report widgets. - User ProfileThe User Profile page displays information about the current user. You can view the first name, last name, user role, email address of the user, and the tenant ID. You can configure the date format, event details level, and preferred language on the User Profile page.

- Logging Out of the RUCKUS One PortalIf the RUCKUS One portal does not detect any activity within 30 minutes, it will automatically log you out. You can also manually log out of the portal.
