Switch Management Options

  1. Editing a Switch
    You can configure the properties of a switch to optimize network performance, enhance security, and manage traffic more effectively.
  2. Editing a Switch Stack
    You can edit a switch stack to change stack description or update the default gateway.
  3. Setting the RUCKUS ICX Switch Port LEDs to Blink
    You can set the LEDs of the RUCKUS ICX switch ports to blink from the RUCKUS One web interface, to identify the devices. The selected ICX switch or stack must have an Operational status for RUCKUS One to initiate LED blinking remotely.
  4. Stacking Switches
    From the RUCKUS One web interface, you can stack switches.
  5. Matching Admin Password to Venue
    The Admin password is editable at the venue level by performing a venue configuration update, where you are also given the option to apply the edited password to all existing switches in the venue, as well as automatically assign it to any new switch joining the venue.
