In this section:

  1. Viewing Activities
    You can view the activities associated with your RUCKUS One account, including adding, modifying, and deleting devices, networks, services, and so on. Activity events include an audit log of the steps taken as part of the activity, as well as the time required to perform each action and the success or failure of each step within the activity.
  2. Viewing Events
    An event in RUCKUS One represents any significant activity occurring on managed access points (APs), switches, associated clients, or within the system. Events help tenants identify issues requiring immediate action, as well as informational conditions that may assist with monitoring or troubleshooting. The Events page allows you to view, sort, filter, and download details of all events generated within your RUCKUS One account during the selected time window.

  3. Exporting Events or Scheduling Event Export
    From RUCKUS One, you can download all or selected events to your local drive or configure a schedule for exporting events to an email address.
  4. Viewing Administrative Logs
    You can view the administrative logs on RUCKUS One. Events are split into administrative access, system functions, and activities performed by the administrator.
  5. Viewing RADIUS Logs
    You can use the RADIUS Logs tab to view authentication‑related events processed by the RADIUS service. RADIUS logs help you monitor authentication activity and troubleshoot rejected or failed authentication attempts.
