termination-date
Time-profile-configuration mode
The termination date configuration is not mandatory for the recurring profile execution; the profile will simply run in perpetuity.
The termination date configuration is not used for a one-time profile execution.
During configuration of the time-profile, you may enter the
termination-date command at any point prior to entering the
schedule command.
The no form of this command
deletes the termination date configuration.
The following example shows how to create a recurring time profile named "profile1", configuring the profile to execute the added commands, and scheduling the profile to run on the 5th and 10th of every month beginning August 12, 2024, and ending October 12, 2024.
device# configure terminal device(config)# time-profile profile1 device(config-time-profile-profile1)# start-date 08-12-24 device(config-time-profile-profile1)# repeat monthly 5,10 device(config-time-profile-profile1)# termination-date 10-12-24 device(config-time-profile-profile1)# command-list device(config-time-profile-profile1-command-list)# add "port-speed auto" device(config-time-profile-profile1-command-list)# add "ports eth 1/1/2 to 1/1/8" device(config-time-profile-profile1-command-list)# exit device(config-time-profile-profile1)# execution-time 09:30 device(config-time-profile-profile1)# schedule
