poe enable

Enables Power over Ethernet (PoE) for a port profile.
Syntax
poe enable
no poe enable
Command Default

PoE is enabled by default.

Modes

Port profile configuraiton mode

Usage Guidelines

The no form of the command disables PoE for the port profile.

Examples

The following example disables PoE for a port profile. 

device# configure terminal
device(config)# port-profile profile1
device(config-port-profile-profile1)# no poe enable
