The jitter threshold for the target host is not configured.

Parameters
value
Specifies the maximum value for allowable jitter in milliseconds. Valid values range from 1 through 200.
probe-count count
Specifies the probe count. Valid values range from 3 through 10. The default probe count is 3.

Usage Guidelines

If no probe count is specified, the default of 3 is used.

The no form of the command removes the configured jitter threshold from the profile.

Examples

The following example configures the maximum allowable jitter for an IPPM profile to 12 milliseconds. No probe count is specified, so the default probe count of 3 is configured.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# jitter threshold 12
Jitter validation is performed with default probe_count of 3...

The following example configures the maximum allowable jitter for an IPPM profile to 12 milliseconds. A probe count 5 is configured.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# ippm profile test1 type icmp-echo
device(config-icmp-echo-test1)# jitter threshold 12 probe-count 5
