manager connect

Connects the ICX device to ICX-Management
Syntax
manager connect
Modes

Privileged EXEC mode

Global configuration mode

Usage Guidelines

When an ICX device is managed from RUCKUS One, RUCKUS recommends that the manager connect and manager disconnect commands be used to connect to and disconnect from ICX-Management. These two commands, entered in Privileged EXEC mode or global configuration mode, do not change the running configuration timestamp, which ICX-Management uses to determine whether any configuration changes have been made on the ICX device.

Examples

The following example connects an ICX device to ICX-Management in RUCKUS One.

ICX# manager connect

ICX# show manager status
