ipv6 vrrp-extended vrid
Configures an IPv6 Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol Extended (VRRP-E) virtual router
identifier (VRID).
Command Default
An IPv6 VRRP-E VRID does not exist.

Before configuring this command, ensure that IPv6 VRRP-E is enabled globally; otherwise, an error stating “Invalid input...” is displayed as you try to create a VRRP-E instance.
The
no form of this command removes the IPv6 VRRP-E VRID from the configuration.
