`ip dhcp snooping verify mac-address`

Blocks the malformed DHCP packet by validating the Layer 2 source MAC of the DHCP packet against the client hardware address of the DHCP header.

Syntax

ip dhcp snooping verify
                  					mac-address

no ip dhcp snooping verify
                  					mac-address

Command Default

DHCP snooping MAC address verification is disabled by default.

The no form of the command disables DHCP snooping MAC address verification.
