Configures the static neighbor discovery (ND) inspection entries.

Usage Guidelines
Use the
ipv6 neighbor inspection command to manually configure static ND inspection entries for hosts on untrusted
ports. During ND inspection, the IPv6 address and MAC address entries in the ND inspection
table are used to validate the packets received on untrusted ports.
The
no form of the command disables static ND inspection entries.
