ip ssh enable

Enables inbound and outbound SSH access to the ICX devices.

Syntax

ip ssh enable

no ip ssh
                  enable

Command Default

SSH access is enabled by default.

Usage Guidelines

When this command is used, SSH access is enabled on ICX devices while maintaining the SmartZone reverse SSH session.

The no form of the command disables the existing SSH access without disconnecting the SmartZone reverse SSH session.

Examples

The following example enables SSH access to the ICX device.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# ip ssh enable

The following example disables SSH access without terminating the SZ reverse SSH connection.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# no ip ssh enable
