    5. Match the Config Template Name with the 'Config Template Name' received from Unleashed, and make sure to provision the same 'Config Template Name' on both remote management services and Unleashed.
    6. Use the Mac Address List to match the rule against Unleashed Master AP and click OK to save the rule.
  3. Initiate Unleashed, either manually or by DHCP.

    To initiate Unleashed manually:

    1. Power up the AP.
    2. In the Setup Wizard, click on UMM Install and enter the following parameters:
      • UMM Domain/IP: Enter the IP of the remote management services for Unleashed server.
      • Config Template Name: Ensure that the name matches the Zero Touch Deployment rule in the remote management services server.
      • System Name: Enter the name of your Unleashed network.
    3. Click Next to connect the Unleashed to the remote management services Domain server. The configuration file will download automatically.

      To initiate Unleashed AP by DHCP:

    1. Add the following options to the DHCP configuration file (etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf):
      option space ruckus_info;
      option ruckus_info.ummtag code 2 = text;
      option ruckus_info.ummiplist code 1 = text;
      vendor-option-space ruckus_info;
      option ruckus_info.ummiplist "ummtest1.com, 10.223.5.230:9444";     //the UMM IP
      option ruckus_info.ummtag "noupgrade"; // the Config Template Name
    2. Ensure that the AP is set to factory status before powering it on.
      The AP receives the UMM IP and Config Template Name from the DHCP server, which will initiate the Zero Touch Deployment process.
  4. Check the status of Zero Touch Deployment on the task page.
    Whenever the Zero Touch Deployment rule is Unleashed matched, remote management services for Unleashed creates a Zero Touch Deployment task on the Task page.
