    RUCKUS strongly recommends using the latest release of an officially supported web browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Edge, when accessing the remote management services for Unleashed user interface. Please avoid using Internet Explorer and Safari, as they are not supported. It is recommended to use a monitor with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 to ensure that all interface elements are visible without having to scroll. If you use a lower-resolution monitor, you may need to scroll to see all the elements.
  2. Supported Software and Hardware
    RUCKUS Remote management services for Unleashed securely manages and controls Unleashed APs and RUCKUS ICX switches managed by Unleashed.
  3. Logging In to the Domain Administration Portal
    The remote management services Domain Admin portal is your primary interface. To manage your Unleashed devices and service settings, you must first log in to RUCKUS remote management services for Unleashed Domain portal.
