Updating API Tokens

This feature allows the user to activate or suspend the existing API tokens.

Complete the following steps to update an API token.

  1. On the menu, go to Admin > API Tokens.
    The API Tokens window is displayed.
    Note: The columns in the API Tokens window can be resized to meet your requirements.
  2. Click on the check box to select the API token that you want to activate or suspend.

  3. Click the icon to update the API token status.
    The Update token Status dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click the toggle button to ON to activate the selected API token or turn the toggle button to OFF to suspend the selected API token.
  5. Click Update to activate or suspend the API token.
    An Success message dialog box is displayed indicating that the API token status is updated successfully.

  6. Click OK.
    In the API Token table, Status column, you can see that the API tokens that are activated have a color indication, while the API tokens that are suspended do not have a color indication.
