Performing the Factory Reset from the CLI

You can perform the factory reset only by using the CLI. For instructions, refer to the erase system factory-default command in the RUCKUS FastIron Command Reference Guide. Be aware that this command erases the configuration file, the license, and all core dump files. (If you want to keep your license, you can run the erase startup-config command, and then reload ICX without saving the configuration file when prompted.)
