For information on getting started, refer to the RUCKUS One Online Help. For information on licensing, refer to the RUCKUS One Subscriptions Licensing Guide. Other chapters of the RUCKUS One MSP Guide provide information about administering, managing, and monitoring your APs and switches from RUCKUS One web interface.
  2. Supported Software and Hardware
    RUCKUS One offers support for a select list of RUCKUS AP models, ICX switch models, and RUCKUS Edge devices. Before adding an AP, switch, or RUCKUS Edge device to RUCKUS One, make sure that it is a supported model and running the required firmware version.
