Disabling Breakout Ports on the Controller
This task guides you through disabling
breakout ports on supported RUCKUS ICX switch models 7550 and 7850.
Follow the steps below to disable breakout ports on supported ICX switches.
- From the main menu, select .
- Select a switch.
- In the Details area, click the Ports tab.
- In the Port Details section, click Breakout Port.
- Select the ports for which you want to disable breakout and move them from the Selected Breakout Ports list to the Select Ports list.
- Click OK.
Ports that do not have breakout applied have their port number displayed in three-tuple syntax (x/x/x), indicating the unit number, slot number, and port number on the device.
You can also view the status of the port configurations by clicking the Configuration tab and viewing the information provided in the Configuration History section.
