Viewing Audit Logs
Audit logs describe configuration actions that were performed on Remote Management Services for Unleashed and identify the users who initiated each action. Auditing is an important function that can help you determine when a configuration change was made and by whom in order to troubleshoot possible issues. The log is ordered by the timestamp, with the most recent action appearing first.
The Audit Log page displays the following:
- Audit Type: Describes the user action that was performed such as a user logging off and so on.
- Severity: Describes the severity of the event as High, Low and Normal.
- Time: Displays the date and time when the event took place.
- User: Displays the email ID or name of the user who initiated the event.
- Message: Displays user notes included while initiating the event.

| Alarm notification emailed | Remote Management Services for Unleashed has send out the alarm via email. |
| Approval mode updated | User updated the AP approval mode on the Inventory page. |
| Audit log emailed | User sent out software's audit log via email. |
| Auto configuration rule created | User created a new auto-configuration rule. |
| Automatic report created or updated | User created an automatic report. |
| Automatic report emailed | Automatic report has been sent out. |
| Automatic report emailed failed | Automatic report email is failed. |
| Automatic report emailed success | Automatic report is emailed successfully. |
| Automatic report ftp uploaded failed | Saved report fails to upload to the FTP server. |
| Automatic report ftp uploaded success | Saved report is successfully uploaded to FTP server. |
| Automatic report local file saved | User saves Automatic report local file. |
| Backup database | Backup the database by the User. |
| Backup file ftp uploaded failed | User failed to upload a backup file ftp into the Remote Management Services for Unleashed. |
| Backup file ftp uploaded success | User successfully uploaded a backup file ftp into the Remote Management Services for Unleashed. |
| Cert import | User can import a certificate. |
| Cert Restore | User can restore a certificate. |
| Cert update | User can update a certificate. |
| Configuration settings updated | User updated a network's configuration from the network view. |
| Configuration template created or updated | User edited the configuration template. |
| Configuration upgraded | User created a configuration upgrade task. |
| Connect to Controller fail | Remote Management Services for Unleashed not able to connect to controller. |
| Connectivity of networks emailed | Connectivity of networks is emailed. |
| Controller configuration cloned | User created a "Clone Controller" task. |
| Controller configuration obtained | User performed "obtain Controller configuration" from a controller network. |
| Database backup file delete | User can delete a database backup file. |
| Delete indoor map | Indoor map is deleted. |
| Device authenticated | Remote Management Services for Unleashed authenticates the network successfully. |
| Device backup | User can back up the network. |
| Device Backup | User can back up a network. |
| Device block | User can block the network. |
| Device delete | User can delete a network. |
| Device edit WLAN | User can edit the controller's WLAN. |
| Device group created or updated | User created or updated the network group. |
| Device log file emailed | User sent out an AP's log file via email. |
| Device log file retrieved | User retrieved an AP's log file from the network view. |
| Device ping test performed | User performed a PING test from the network view. |
| Device rebooted | User created a reboot task. |
| Device redirect | User is redirected from remote management services for Unleashed to networks. |

| Device reset to factory default | User created a factory reset task. |
| Device restore | User can restore the network. |
| Device settings modify | User can modify the network settings. |
| Device tag created or updated | User created or updated a tag name. |
| Device unblock | User can unblock the network. |
| Device upgrade | User can upgrade the network. |
| Download backup file | User can download a backup file. |
| Download system full logs | System full logs are downloaded. |
| Event configuration assign controllers | Zone Director is assigned to an Event configuration group. |
| Event configuration create | User can create an event configuration. |
| Event configuration delete | User can delete an event configuration. |
| Event configuration update | User can update an event configuration. |
| Events & Alarms selection | Alarm Event selection settings is changed. |
| Firmware file imported | User uploaded new firmware image files. |
| Firmware upgraded | User created a firmware upgrade task. |

| Inventory status assigned | User changed a n AP's inventory status. |

| Inventory status modified | User updated an inventory status. |
| Logo Settings | Logo Settings is changed. |
| Managed group created | User created a group for delegated management. |
| Managed group deleted | User deleted a group for delegated management. |
| Managed group network(s) added | User assigned networks to a managed group. |
| Managed group network(s) removed | User removed networks from a managed group. |
| Managed group updated | User updated a group for delegated management. |
| Maps Settings | Map setting is changed. |
| Memory Optimization Settings | Memory Optimization Settings is changed. |

| Northbound interface operation invoked | A 3rd party system invoked the Northbound interface. |

| User logged out | User logged out of the web interface. |
| User logged out via the Northbound interface | A 3rd party system logged out via the Northbound interface. |
| User update | User can be updated. |
| VLAN settings updated | User updated the AP's VLAN settings from the network view. |
| Zero touch backup file delete | Zero Touch Deployment Unleashed configuration file is deleted from Remote Management Services for Unleashed. |
| Zero touch backup file upload | Zero Touch Deployment Unleashed configuration file is uploaded to Remote Management Services for Unleashed. |
| ZoneDirector could not be reached | Management Services for Unleashed could not reach a managed ZoneDirector. |
