Licenses

Domain Admins can purchase licenses directly from RUCKUS once they receive permission from Brand Admins. Alternatively, Brand Admins have the right to assign the licenses themselves.

There is a special type of license called a Trial License. When trial licenses are allocated to a domain, the Domain Admin can manually assign these licenses to network groups or access points (APs) for a duration of 7 days. After this period, all the trial licenses will expire. The Domain Administrator must reassign these licenses every 7 days, either to different devices or to the same device. A total of 10 licenses can be allocated, and the validity of these licenses is unlimited in terms of duration.
