About the Site Admin Role and Access

The Site Admin (End Customer) role is for Unleashed owners who want to focus on Unleashed business services like WLAN settings.

The Site Admin user account is created by the Domain Admin (refer to Creating a Site Admin Account). A network can have only one Site Administrator assigned, but a Site Administrator can be assigned to multiple networks.

The Site Administrator can only view assigned networks and has limited access to the web interface features. Additionally, only the network groups assigned to the Site Admin are visible under the Networks menu. The Site Admin can access Remote Management Services for Unleashed at https://partners.rms.ruckus.cloud:10443.

    The Dashboard is the first page displayed after you log in to the Remote Management Services Site Admin portal. It provides a snapshot of your Unleashed networks and managed devices.
  2. Viewing Networks Managed by Remote Management Services for Unleashed Site Admin
    The Networks page of the Remote Management Services web interface displays information about networks managed by Remote Management Services for Unleashed Site Admin. These networks include Unleashed APs and ICX switches managed by Unleashed.
