Using the Brand Administration Portal

The RUCKUS Remote Management Services (RMS) for Unleashed Brand Admin user interface is used for managing and monitoring the Domain Admins.

In this section:

  1. Navigating the Brand Admin Portal
    The Brand Administrator is authorized to create, edit, and delete domain groups and domain administrators, ensuring strong management and control over the domain environment.
  2. Creating and Managing the Domain Admin
    The Domains page provides an overview of your Domains (including status, location, phone, networks, and license utilization) and the associated Domain Administrators for each, as well as management options such as create, edit, and delete.
  3. Viewing the Site Admin Details
    The Site Admins tab provides an overview of all Site Admins and their associated managed networks for each Domain name.
  4. Viewing Audit Logs
    Both Brand Administrators and Domain Administrators have the ability to view Audit logs. Audit logs document the configuration actions performed on Remote Management Services for Unleashed and identify the users who initiated each action.
  5. Licenses
    Both Brand Administrators and Domain Administrators have the ability to view and acquire licenses from the RUCKUS.
