Connects the ICX device to the ICX-manager.

Privileged EXEC mode
Usage Guidelines
When an ICX device is managed from the cloud, Ruckus recommends that the
manager connect and
manager disconnect commands be used to connect to and disconnect from the ICX-Manager. These two commands,
entered in Privileged EXEC mode, do not change the running configuration timestamp,
which the ICX-Manager uses to determine whether any configuration changes have been
made on the ICX device.
