Enables sFlow forwarding globally.

sFlow is not enabled.

Usage Guidelines
To enable sFlow forwarding, you must first enable it on a global basis and then use
the
sflow forwarding command to enable it on individual interfaces or LAG ports, or both.
For RUCKUS ICX 8200 and ICX 8100 devices, the command is supported in global configuration mode only.
The
no form of the command disables sFlow forwarding globally.
