Creating a Bond Port Profile

A bond port profile establishes the VLAN parameters in the newly created LACP configuration. Different bond port profiles can be created and assigned per model specific configurations at the AP Zone, Group or individual AP level.
  1. To create a bond-port profile follow these steps.
  2. From the main menu go to Services > Tunnels & Ports > Bond Port.
  3. Select the zone or AP Group and click Create.
    The Create Bond Profile page is displayed.
  4. Configure the following options:
    1. General Options
      1. Name: Enter a name for the Bond port profile that you are creating.
      2. Description: Enter a short description about the profile.
      3. Type: The Ethernet port type configuration. You can set the Ethernet ports on an AP to one of the following types: Trunk Port, Access Port, or General Port.
    2. VLAN Options
      1. VLAN Untag ID:
      2. VLAN Members:
  5. Click OK.
