Viewing and Managing Radios
At the top of the page, you will find quick overview tiles:
- Radios Overview: Displays the distribution of plugins across all radios. The tile cycles every five seconds through layers displaying the number of radios associated with each type of plugin (including no associated plugin), and the total number of radios. You may also click on any of the layers to see that value immediately.
- Radio Status: Displays the total number of radios and their current operational status (Online or Offline).
The table displays the radios associated with all of the approved APs and includes columns such as Status, Radio MAC, AP MAC, Plugins, TX Power, Channel, and so on.
Complete the following steps to view and edit radio information and configurations.
- From the main menu, click Radios.
- (Optional) Customize the table display.
- Modify the order of rows displayed. Click on any column header to reorder the table rows in ascending or descending order based on that specific column’s values.
- Modify the number of rows displayed per page. The table defaults to
displaying 10 rows of data. Below the table, you will find page display
options:
- The entries-per-page drop-down allows you to control how many rows of data are displayed per page (options include 10, 20, 50, and 100).
- Arrow keys help you navigate between pages of data in the table
when the table exceeds the entries-per-page setting.
Note: If the arrows are greyed out, it means you are already on the first or last page and cannot move further in that direction.

in the Radios table. By checking or unchecking boxes, you can tailor
the view based on what information is relevant to you
- (Optional) Click the
icon in any column header. A textbox appears. Enter a filter value (for example,
filter by a specific Name, IP, or Status, and so
on). The table will update to display only the radios that match your filter
criteria. - (Optional) To perform additional
actions, click the checkbox for one or more radios. The toolbar displays the
number of selected radios along with the following options: Set
Channel, Set TX Power, Set
CoEx, Set Plugin, and Scan for
Devices.
- Click Set Channel to select the channel on which the radio communicates with the IoT devices. This action is not supported for all plugins. In the dialog box, select a channel from the drop-down list, then click OK. The channel associated with the radio appears in the Channel column in the table.

- (Optional) View information and access configuration options for one specific radio. Click on a specific radio entry in the table list; the sidebar appears, mirroring the comprehensive radio information and control options displayed in the AP sidebar. Control options in the sidebar are the same as the toolbar options available when clicking a radio checkbox, enabling you to select plugins, select a channel, select the transmission power, and enable or disable IoT CoExistence. It also provides contextual information about the AP connected to the radio, helping you manage the radio settings effectively.
- (Optional) Filter the table
content based on the level in the network hierarchy (from Entire
Network down to one specific AP).The Network Hierarchy filter, displayed above the Radios table, allows you to control or modify the scope of data displayed in the table. By default, the view is set to Entire Network, which consists of the full hierarchy containing all clusters, domains, groups, and APs. Use the drop-down list to select the specific portion of the network for which you want to display data, then click Apply. The page refreshes displaying only the radios associated with the matching filter criteria.
