Read-create Indicates whether the current rule definition is considered active. If the value is enabled, the rule must be evaluated when processing packets. If the value is disabled, the packet processing must continue as if this rule's filter had effectively failed. Admin status is always True.

The value of sysUpTime when this row was last modified or created either through SNMP SETs or by some other external means.
