TACACS Configuration Example

The following example configures a set of TACACS server and related operations.

This is a mockup from existing materials. It should be checked or, preferably, replaced with a real example from a SME. You could also show the resulting configuration with one or more show commands. 
device# configure terminal
device(config)# tacacs-server host 10.94.6.161
device(config)# tacacs-server host 10.94.6.191
device(config)# tacacs-server host 10.94.6.122
device(config)# enable telnet authentication
device(config)# aaa authentication login default tacacs local none <- Use TACACS
                                                                      to authenticate
                                                                      Telnet/SSH, with
                                                                      username and password
                                                                      or automatically
                                                                      permit access
device(config)# aaa authentication login privilege-mode <- Enter CLI at Priveleged-Exec mode
