Support for PSK for IKEv2 SAs
Text-based pre-shared key (PSK) authentication is supported for IKEv2 SAs.

PSK values are encrypted using simple base64 encryption. The encrypted form of PSKs
is used in both saved and run-time configurations. PSKs are displayed in encrypted
format in
show command output.
