`copy running-config disk0`

Copies the running configuration from internal flash to external USB flash drive.

Syntax

copy running-config
                  					disk0

{ filename }

Parameters

filename: Specifies the target filename for the running configuration file.

Modes

Privileged EXEC.

Usage Guidelines

Use the show files disk0 command to verify the running configuration is copied.

Examples

The following example copies the running configuration from the internal flash to the external USB flash drive.
