Access Point (AP)

Click AP to display detailed information on this AP. The AP info page displays general information about the AP, including the radio channels in use, Mesh type, maximum number of clients, and firmware version. The Support Logs and Speed Test buttons are also available.

Click the download icon next to Support Logs to downlaod the log file (.txt) of the current AP on your computer, which can be used for troubleshooting. Click Speed Test to measure the connection performance of the AP.

Note: Speed Test option is displayed for member APs only.
Note: The maximum number of clients (Max Clients) displayed for the Master AP may be lower than the configured maximum because the Master must perform additional tasks other than serving clients. The Master AP maximum client load varies by AP model. These limits apply only to the current Master AP. All other member APs honor the maximum number of clients set from the Other tab. (From the Devices component, select the Summary AP box, and click the Edit button. On the Other tab, under Max Clients, set the maximum number of clients that can associate per AP.)
