Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN)
configuration defines the settings (including SSID, security, authentication, and
other
parameters) that enable network connectivity.
To configure a WLAN, navigate to . This displays the Wireless LANs page. Select a Zone from the System hierarchy and click Create. This displays the Create WLAN Configuration page. Subsequent topics describe each sub-section required to configure a WLAN and provide conceptual descriptions of each parameter.
Note: For DPSK-enabled WLANs configured with WPA2, WPA2/WPA3-mixed,
or WPA-mixed encryption options, the SSID field is greyed out and cannot be
modified. A warning message is displayed indicating that SSID renaming is not
supported for the selected WLAN configuration.
