RUCKUS One License Support for SmartEdge vAppliance

The SmartEdge vAppliance utilizes standard RUCKUS One device-agnostic subscription licenses. Each SmartEdge vAppliance that you onboard, uses five RUCKUS One device-agnostic licenses. This applies to both paid and trial licenses. Unlike typical RUCKUS appliance products, the SmartEdge vAppliance does not require an RTU license.

License support for the SmartEdge vAppliance applies to the following RUCKUS One account types:

  • RUCKUS One End Customers (REC)
  • RUCKUS One Managed Service Providers (MSP) / Value-Added Resellers (VAR)
