Customer Account Types
The following two customer account types are supported by RUCKUS One:
RUCKUS End Customers
RUCKUS End Customers (RECs) purchase the subscriptions from the RUCKUS partners. The RECs own the subscription licenses.
RUCKUS One Managed Service Providers
RUCKUS One Managed Service Providers (MSPs) purchase the subscriptions from RUCKUS and sell their services to their own end customers (MSP ECs). The RUCKUS Partners own the subscription licenses.
RUCKUS One Value-Added Resellers
RUCKUS One Value-Added Resellers (VARs) are authorized RUCKUS partners. VARs can add or invite administrators to manage their RUCKUS accounts. VARs manage REC and MSP customers.
