In this section:

  1. Viewing Audit Logs
  2. Licenses
Domain Admins can purchase licenses directly from RUCKUS once they receive permission from Brand Admins. Alternatively, Brand Admins have the right to assign the licenses themselves.
  3. Domain Admins
The Domain Admin can create another Domain Admins or Group Admins to manage the networks. Domain Admins assign one network to one domain group, create sub-groups based on management logic, and manage Unleashed networks with customized settings within their domain groups.
  4. System Logs for Support
If you request assistance from the RUCKUS Support team, you may be asked to gather information about Remote Management Services for Unleashed to help troubleshoot the issue. System logs may need to be generated.
