Disabling SSH Access Maintaining the SZ Reverse SSH Session

SSH access is enabled by default. Inbound and outbound SSH access to ICX devices can be disabled without disconnecting the SmartZone (SZ) reverse SSH session. This is especially useful on an ICX device that obtains its IP address from a DHCP server.

The following task disables the existing SSH access on an ICX device.

Enter global configuration mode.
```
device# configure terminal
```

Disable inbound and outbound SSH access on ICX devices while maintaining the SZ reverse SSH session.
```
device(config)# no ip ssh enable
```

The following example re-enables SSH access on an ICX device while maintaining the SZ reverse SSH session.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# ip ssh enable
